Duncan: Alice Louise Gordon, 94, passed away Friday, Feb. 10, 2017, in Duncan.
Graveside services at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017, at Marlow Cemetery with Bishop Tom Cross officiating. Services have been entrusted to the care of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services of Marlow
Alice was born Wednesday, Sept. 27, 1922, in Oxford, California, to Bruno Otto and Martha A. (Stolley) Pursch. She graduated from Oxnard High School.
She met and married the love of her life, Edward Guy Gordon on July 6, 1956, in Carmilla, California. She has lived in the Duncan area most her life. Her hobbies included watching TV and shopping. Alice was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include, daughter, Holly Vasquez and husband Andreas of Clute, Texas; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Bruno Pursch, Jr. of Los Angelas, California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Edward Guy Gordon and sister, Edna Roebuck.
