Annette Rae Ploss, 40, of Duncan, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016, in the Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City after a long battle with alpha one antitrypsin deficiency.
Memorial service is at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel.
Annette was born at Fort Ord, California, on Oct. 28, 1976, the daughter of David John and Lillie Susan (Magee) Hughes.
She and Jeff Ploss were married at Duncan, Oklahoma, on April 30, 2005. She enjoyed reading, writing and playing World of Warcraft. She was preceded in death by her father David John Hughes and her grandparents James and Sandra Dacus.
Survivors include her husband Jeff Ploss, of the Home in Duncan; her mother Susan Hughes of Duncan; two sons, Christopher Hughes, of Chicago, Illinois and Kyle Ploss, of Duncan; her daughter Alie Ploss, of Duncan; her brother Sean Hughes, of Duncan and sister Jackie Isabell, of Missouri as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relative and a host of friends.
