Cindi Broaddus, 68, affectionately known as "Big Momma", of Duncan, OK earned her angel wings on "her" Monday February 19, 2018.
A celebration of her life will be 11:00am Friday, Feb. 23, 2018 at Ray of Hope Church with Pastor Mike McCord officiating. Interment will follow at Duncan Municipal Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home.
Cindi was born on February 23, in Oklahoma City, OK to Jim and Georgia Jameson. She was a 1967 graduate of Enid High School.
She was a dedicated Cable One employee for 27 years where most of her client relationships often turned into life long friendships.
Angela, Shelli and Brandi "her girls" were the light of her life and they were her biggest fans. They were with her every step of her journey. Her true pride and joy were Kennedy, Carson, Austin, Emma and Jameson. They were the five luckiest grandkids who knew what happened at Grandma's... stayed at Grandma's.
In 2001, Cindi survived a random act of violence when someone threw a jar of sulfuric acid off an overpass. This one act started her journey of courage and the inspiration for her book "A Random Act". Spreading her message of courage, she inspired a multitude of people. She was brave until the very end.
She is survived by her three girls, Angela Villalon and husband Steven Villalon, Shelli Smith and husband Chad Smith and Brandi Conover and husband Brian Conover; five grandchildren: Kennedy and Carson Villalon, Austin Emma and Jameson Smith; one brother, Roger Jameson; three sisters, Jamie LaMunyon and husband Wayne LaMunyon, Karin Branch and husband Jackie Branch and Robin McGraw and husband Dr. Phil McGraw; five grandchildren; and many other loving family members.
She was preceeded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers will be: Steven Villalon, Chad Smith, Brian Conover, Jay McGraw, Jay Albin, Gary Norman, Joe Pierce, Roger Jameson, Jackie Branch and Wayne LaMunyon.
