???? Crafton Ross (Scooter) Brewer passed away February 24, 2018 in Cape Canaveral, Florida at the age of 51. He was born June 25, 1966 to Jerry and Rita McNatt Brewer.
He graduated from Velma-Alma in 1984, President of his senior class. He attended East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma and Murray State College in Tishamingo, Oklahoma.
As a young mane he worked as roustabout near home then on to work for M&M Grouting and traveled to the United States. He took a job for Wilson's Farm in Pottsboro and he settled in Texas and married Robbin Coffman and they lived at Pottsboro, Texas down by the lake. She had 3 children that he loved like his own. He is survived by his wife of the home, son Michael Walden of Mead, Oklahoma and Grandson Brandon, Daughter Desirhea Walden and friend Samuel Dozier of Pottsboro and Grandson Dakota Shields and Granddaughter Aliza Lester, Lacey Walden and friend Lonnie Lester and Granddaughter Jaidien Walden, Grandson Will Durrett Jr. and Makynna Ann-Ross Griffith all of Pottsboro, Texas. In addition to Robin of the home hie is also survived by his mother Rita McNatt Brewer of Duncan, Oklahoma. A sister Leisa Hall and her husband Bret of Countyline, Oklahoma and their children Brad Hall of Brookings, Oregon, Erin Johnson and Husband Cody, and Jeana Whisenhunt and husband Dylan all of Velma, Oklahoma and their children Landon, Hannah, & Rtylle Hall of Oregon and Corbin Johnson of Velma.
He is preceded in death by his dad Jerry Ross Brewer of Velma, Grandparents C.N. & Jean Brewer of Duncan and Bert and Hazel McNatt of Bakersfield, California.
He also had his most loyal companions that will sorely miss him Kissy and Trouper his dogs.
He will be cremated and buried in Pottsboro and Velma.
A memorial service is set for March 11, 2018 at the Stephens County Fairgrounds with the Open Range Cowboy Church in the front building at 2 p.m. with Pastor Richard Allen officiating.
Visitation with the family will be Saturday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the home of his sistory and brother in law Leisa & Brett Hall. Please call for directions 580-467-5831. They would like to invite family and friends to come share your memories with them!
