Freda's Story

Freda Florene Ince of Ratliff City, Oklahoma was born to A. B. and Hattie Lee (Gibson) Wright on April 9, 1933, in Bray, Oklahoma and passed from this life on Jan. 24, 2017, in Duncan, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years.
Freda grew up and attended school in Fox, Oklahoma and lived most of her life in the Pernell and Ratliff City area. On May 25, 1952, she married Billy J. Ince. Freda loved the Eola Home Extension Club and going to church. In her spare time she enjoyed picking up pecans and living on the farm. The highlight of her life was her grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the Chisholm Trail Hospice and Country Club Care staff for their wonderful care.
Mrs. Ince is survived by: daughter: Shirl Troxel and husband Don of Ratliff City, Oklahoma; granddaughters: Courtney Troxel and Julie Myers and husband Jason; five great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; sister: Betty Chandler and husband Paul of County Line, Oklahoma.
Mrs. Ince was preceded in death by: her husband, Billy J. Ince on March 22, 1999; infant son, Billy Michael Ince; parents, A. B. and Hattie Lee Wright; six brothers: Vernon, Eugene, Irvan, Lee, Bill, and Herman Wright; five sisters: Sylvia Florence, Valter Mitchell, Wilma Gray, Helen "Midget" Solomon, and Vera Solomon.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, 2017, at the Velma Church of Christ with Eldon Stephens officiating. Interment will be in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home. You may send a condolence to the family at www.woosterfuneralhomes.com.
