Harold Leo Seals, 81, passed away Friday, Jan. 20, 2017.
A memorial celebration of Harold's life will be held at 11 a.m., Jan. 26, 2017 at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel with the Rev. Larry Landtroop officiating. Cremation and services have been entrusted to the care of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.
Harold was born Sunday, Sept. 29, 1935 in Sterling, to Lonnie and Thelma (Jolly) Seals. He graduated from Pauls Valley High School in 1954. Following High School, he attended OSU and later ECU on a football scholarship.
Harold was a sales manager for Cooper Industrial Automotive for over 20 years. He also owned Seals Escort and the Sears in Pauls Valley. Harold married his loving wife, Janice Ann Scott, July 21, 2001, in Marlow.
The couple made their home in Marlow. Harold was an outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, golfing and working in the garden. He also enjoyed reading and watching football. He was a member of the Better Business Bureau, Elks and Lions Club. Harold was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Kingston. He was an Air Force veteran.
Survivors include, wife, Janice Ann Seals of Marlow; daughters, Ramona Seals, of Pauls Valley and Susan Seals Skipper, of Pauls Valley; stepson, John Hahn and wife Sherry, of Piedmont; stepdaughter, Cindy Hahn and fiancée Darrell Ensminger, of Duncan; grandchildren, Leiya Brewer, Elizabeth Murray and Nicholas Skipper; step-grandchildren, Jordan Hahn, Dylan Hahn, Garrett Hahn, Scott McGuire and Katie Gunter. Great-grandchildren, Thomas Calhoun, Madison Brewer, Tristan Schemedeke; step-great-grandchildren, Kyla Gunter, Karter MeElfresh, Bentley Qualle and Blayden Scott Abrego. He was also survived by a brother, Billy Seals and wife Connie of Katy, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Patsy Walton.
