Jerry V. Wilson Jerry V. Wilson, 84, of Duncan, Oklahoma passed away peacefully at his home on January 23, 2019.

Jerry was born at County Line, Oklahoma August 12, 1934 to Henry Andrew (Andy) Wilson and Margaret (Sawyer) Wilson. He joined the United States Navy in October of 1952 and served until September 1956. He married Melba Janet (Jan) Conditt on October 13, 1953 in Pampa, Texas.

Jerry retired form Halliburton in 1975, he then went to work for Civil Service at Ft. Sill from 1986-1998.

He was happiest when his family was under his roof, and enjoyed time with his grandchildren & great-grandchildren. He always enjoyed spending time with friends and unwinding after work and he never turned down a game of cards.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years Jan Wilson of the home. Daughter Sherry Lynn Stanley and husband Johnnie of Perkins, OK. Daughter Eualetta Jean Novacek and husband Donald of Weiser, ID. Son Henry Andrew (Andy) Wilson and wife Londa (London) of Keller, TX. 5 grandchildren, Jerry Stanley, Matthew Stanley and wife Katie all of Perkins, OK; Travis Woodring and wife Heidi of Del City, OK; Chelsea Hernandez and husband Alex of San Diego, CA; Cameron Wilson and wife Camille, of McKinney, TX. 5 Great-grandchildren Kaden Garcia, Colt Alexander, Tristan, Annslee, and Matlynn Stanley. In addition to one aunt Gertrude Long of Duncan, OK.

He is preceded in death by his parents Andy & Margaret Wilson; Brothers; Earl Wilson and wife Stella, Benjamin Wilson and wife Paralee, Martin Wilson and wife Pauline, Richard Wilson and wife Jeanne, Rafael Solar, Gerald Wilson and wife Elmadean, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Mr. Wilson donated his remains to OU Medical Health Sciences therefore a memorial service will be held at a later date.
