Joe Dean Alsobrook Joe Dean Alsobrook, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018 in Duncan at the age of 82.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, September 7, 2018, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Marlow, with Rev. Harold Metheny officiating. Burial will follow in the Marlow Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the Stephens County Honor Guard. Arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

Joe was born Sunday, May 3, 1936 in Rush Springs, to Earl and R.C. (Thorton) Alsobrook. He lived in the Stephens County area all of his life. Joe was a rancher and worked as a mechanic as well as working for the Stephens County barn. He served our country in the United States Army. He married the love of his life, Eula Ann Whittington on March 28, 1962 in Duncan. They had 53 wonderful years before her passing on June 12, 2015. He enjoyed raising his cattle as well as fishing and welding. Joe loved spending time with his family and enjoyed visiting with friends. Joe was a member of the Bethesda Church of God.

Survivors include, daughter, Karen Mayes and husband Terry of Tuttle, a son, Russell Alsobrook and wife Debbie of Duncan, daughter, Connie Dalene Perritt and husband Lance of Cement, a step-daughter, Cheryl Savage and husband Speedy of Marlow, 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers, Bobby Earl Alsobrook of Oklahoma City, Jimmy Alsobrook of Lawton, Keavin Alsobrook of Rush Springs, 4 sisters, Patsy McFadden of Yukon, Katherine Kaywood of Yukon, Mary Sheldon of Rush Springs, Charolette Bratcher of Duncan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as several cousins.

Along with his wife, Joe was preceded in death by 2 sons, Danny Dean Alsobrook, James Earl Kerr, his parents, a brother-in-law, Gerald Blundell, 2 sisters, Jean Blundell, and Earline Howard.

Pallbearers will be: Jed Riley, Rikki Riley, Eric Mayes, Jason Lauer, Kelley Alsobrook, and James Kerr Jr.
