Loretta's Story

Loretta B. Fairall, a resident of Ardmore, passed from this life to her eternal Home, on Friday evening, Feb. 17, 2017, at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore.  She was 72 years old.  A funeral service will be held Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. at the Comanche Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Dow Pannell officiating.  Interment will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, under the direction of Comanche Funeral Home.  The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, from 110 a.m. until service time.
Loretta was born Feb. 9, 1945, in Oklahoma City, to Delmar A. and Cora E. (Hubbartt) Miears.  She later moved to Arizona to make her home.  In the early 1990's she returned to Oklahoma, and she made Comanche her home.  Three years ago, following the death of her beloved husband, William,   Loretta moved to Ardmore.  Loretta was an LPN, working in several nursing homes in this area.  Her hobbies included fishing, quilting, playing video games, and listening to music, especially gospel music.  Her loyal companion, her dog Spunky, was always at her side.
Survivors include one son, Dennis Chamberlain and wife Sandra, of Marlow;  her daughters: Rachelle Langley and husband Kevin, Ardmore; Connie Fairall, California; and Trish Fairall, Comanche; fifteen grandchildren: Angela Lyles and husband Shawn, Freddy Maldonado, Sara Martinez and husband Javier, Rosie Maldonado, Rickey Rojas and wife Cecilia, Jacinda Maldonado, Levi Rojas, Ashley Langley, Dustin Langley and wife Hannah, Addie Langley and fiancé Ashton Trent, David Rose,  Brendan Rose, Steven Stigall, Rachel Stigall, and Elizabeth Stigall; and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband William, her parents, one son, Allen Chamberlain, and two aunts, Bertha Jennings and Edna Henry.
Serving as pallbearers will be her family members.
