Oksun Gordon, of Lawton, Oklahoma, was born in Kyeong-Nam, Korea on Jan. 28, 1947, to Hwang Jum Suk and Kim Myoung. She passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017.
Graveside service is scheduled for Thursday, March 23, at 12:30 p.m. at the Fairlawn Cemetery pavilion in Comanche under the direction of Whitt Funeral Home.
Oksun married Jesse Lee Gordon on Jan. 18, 1974 in Gainesville, Texas. They had two children, Casey Lee and Lisa Gayle. He preceded her in death in 2004. She worked as a housekeeper. She enjoyed nature and listening to Elvis Presley. She loved her children and her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Casey Lee and spouse Jamie Gordon, of Lawton and Lisa Gayle Gordon-Lovett, of Comanche; five grandchildren, Jesse, Casey Lee Jr. and soon-to-be-born baby girl Gordon and Dimitri Cole and Makalah Elizabeth Jaylee Lovett; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Gordon and Mary Craft; her brother-in-law, John Gordon; and lots of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Lee Gordon; her parents, her parents-in-law, Edna and Jesse Anderson Gordon, and her sister-in-law, Barbara Ann Rochell.
