Sarah Ruetna Kleidon, 84, of Comanche, Oklahoma passed away Monday, Feb. 13, 2017 at Gregston Nursing Home in Marlow, Oklahoma.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2017, in the Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dow Pannell officiating. A private family burial will be held at Addington Cemetery.
Sarah was born May 28, 1932, at Waurika, Oklahoma, to Ballard W. and Cynthia (Brown) Yeager. She married Robert Edward Kleidon on Feb. 14, 1953, at Wichita Falls, Texas. He preceded her in death on July 26, 2013. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ray of Hope Church.
Survivors include her five children, Bob Kleidon Jr. and wife Patty of North Bend, WA, Marie Levenson and husband Ed of San Marino, CA, Kay Scharch and husband Dan of Loveland, CO, Trisha Solomon and husband Randy of Wyomissing, PA and Melinda Woods and husband Steve of Duncan; one brother, George Yeager and wife Judy of Jacksonville, NC; brother-in-law Daniel Kleidon and wife Olivia of Manor, TX; four sisters, Betty Phillips of Healdton, OK, Sammie Hammonds and husband Harold of Waurika, Aleene Dilbeck and husband Larry of Duncan and Sallie Miller and husband Blaine of Terrell, TX; a sister-in-law Neva Yeager of Wichita Falls, TX; ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, Ballard and Cynthia Yeager; her husband of 60 years, Robert E. Kleidon; and two brothers, Bill Yeager and Joseph Lee Yeager.
