Albert Lavoy Gill
Albert Lavoy Gill was born on May 15, 1943 in Erick, Oklahoma, he passed away on November 24, 2019.

He served in the Navy, was a farmer, worked in the oil fields, became a trucker and he owned Gill's TV Repair shop in downtown Erick, OK where he never charged anyone for the call or the simple things.

He loved our mother and adopted her three children. He didn't always show it he had a big heart. He was the type of dad that wanted to be around his kids. He was big into the latest technology and thus had a strong interest in computers and gaming. He was a simple man, material things were never important to him. He always put his family first. He was a good man. We love you, and you will be missed dearly - god speed dad.

He was predeceased by his parents, George and Ruth Gill; his brother, Cole R. Gill and his sister Karen Birdwell. He is survived by his ex-spouse, Angelita Gill and their children, Agnes West (husband Kevin West), Robert Gill (wife Bridgett Gill), Annalyn Gill, Joseph Gill and Audie Gill; his grandchildren and great grandchildren, Emmanuel West and Shirl'Voy Shivers, her husband Alex Shivers and their two children, Zoe and Zaiden; Stephanie McGee and Josh McGee, his wife and children. He is also survived by his sister, Audrey Stephens and her husband Daryle his sister's husband Don Birdwell; his brother David Gill and his wife Bella.

I remember Albert working on my console stereo years ago. He was always good with electronic stuff. He was a good man & raised some good kids. Missed all of you when you moved away. Sorry for your loss & prayers for all the family.

Though we didn’t see eye to eye on much, I still respected and honored Albert as a good human being, who served his country, took care of his family, and worked hard all his life. My heart and thoughts are with the entire family, some who have become like family to me. Rest In Peace, Albert.
