Duncan - Beverly was born Sept. 18, 1931, in Boone Iowa to Al and Florence Anderson.

The Lord took Beverly home Sept. 23, 2025. Beverly married Russell (Ralph) Rylant in 1956. Together they had three children. Years later she married William "Bill" Grigsby in 1988, and he preceded her in death in 2016.

Beverly worked at Montgomery Wards for a number of years as well as JC Penny's. She retired from the Duncan Public Library where she was a Liberian for years.

After retiring from the City of Duncan, she finally got to do what she loved the most - volunteering. She volunteered for the elections in Duncan and for ASCOG as an Ombudsman for 11 years. Beverley received "Ombudsman OKDHS state volunteer award" in 2008. She was one of the most relivable Ombudsman volunteers, giving her time in the ASCOG area agency on aging.

From there she volunteered at Duncan Regional Hospital for 30 years at the front desk. She was the president for a year, then on the board for three years after that. Her volunteering at DRH added up to over 5,260 hours. That was her biggest joy in the life of volunteering - and helping others as much as she could.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Grigsby; sister Eleanor Younggren, of Florida; and brother Richard Anderson, of Arizona.

She is survived by two daughters: Reeca Rylant Werner and husband Paul Werner, of Austin Texas; Ronda Rylant Hailey and husband Gary Hailey, of Duncan; and son Russell "Rusty" Rylant and wife Angel Rylant, of Duncan. Also, her special like daughter Sue Turney David Delair, of Duncan, along with seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Following Beverly's wishes, her body has been donated to OU Health Science Center of medical research. A memorial for her celebration of life will be at a later day.
