Fort Worth - Billie Jean Lawson was born Nov. 24, 1950, in Fort Worth, Texas to Bill and Mary (Cox) Sain. She passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side June 5, 2025, at the age of 74 years.

Billie graduated from Bray High School. She married Benny Lawson on March 31, 1972. Billie was a loving wife and mother. She had an infectious smile; people knew she was there when she walked in the room. Billie enjoyed taking care of people and she loved to dance and listen to music.

Billie was truly one of a kind. She will be missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Billie is survived by: husband Benny Lawson; son Tony Lawson and Star of Ninnekah, Oklahoma; daughter Tammy Seifried of Ninnekah, Oklahoma; brother Alvin Miller and Lee Ann of Bray, Oklahoma; sister Glenda Duncan of Marlow, Oklahoma; and grandchildren, Jeremy Ingram of Mustang, Oklahoma and Brock Seifried of Ninnekah, Oklahoma.

Billie is preceded in death by parents Bill and Mary Sain and sister Donna Cunningham.

Graveside funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 12, 2025, at Maysville Cemetery in Maysville, Oklahoma with Bro. Alvin Miller officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home in Maysville, Oklahoma.
