Hugo - Billy Charles Foster, 80, of Hugo, Oklahoma, passed away Aug. 17, 2026 in Hugo.

Funeral services will be 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026, at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Duncan Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Billy was born Dec. 20, 1945, in Duncan, Oklahoma. He attended Duncan Schools and he worked for Stockman's Supply until his retirement. He married Gaynelle Howell Aug. 17, 1970 in Duncan and she preceded him in death.

Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Gaynelle; grandson, Devin Edwards; sisters, Florine Hampton and Mary Halley.

He is survived by son, Gregory Foster, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; daughters, Torina and Trey Woods, of Burkburnett, Texas, Patricia Twigg, of Duncan, Oklahoma, Billie and Bobby Dixon, of Durant, Oklahoma; brother, Roy Davoult, of Wichita Falls, Texas; sisters, Gayle Giese, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Charlotte Gunter, of Texas, Pat Porter, of Elk City, Oklahoma, Julia Eisenhour, of Ft. Collins, Colorado; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Derrek Foster, Dillon Twigg, Lucas Fitzgerald, Barrett Dixon, Nathanial Dixon and Tristan Dixon.
