Claude Wesley Rimmer Jr (Dub) Obituary

Ponder, Texas - Claude "Dub" Wesley Rimmer Jr., 80, passed away peacefully April 16, 2025. Born Oct. 10, 1944, in Weedn Hospital, Duncan, Oklahoma, to Thelma and Wes Rimmer, Dub lived a life of service and commitment.


He proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1965 and married Carolyn Forshee June 8, 1965. Dub retired as a Senior Supervisor at Austin Commercial, respected for his leadership and dedication.


He is survived by his wife Carolyn Rimmer; daughters Kymberlee, Dubby, and Tiffany; grandchildren Ashlee, Chance, Michael, Sutton, and Dixie; and great-grandchildren Payton, Emerson, Jack, and Witt. Dub's legacy of strength and family will live on in their hearts.


A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. June 28, 2025, at Duncan Cemetery, 1910 W Cypress Ave, Duncan, Oklahoma.
