Donnavin Harris Higgins passed away on Saturday, June 4th, 2022 at the age of 85 at his home in Amber, Oklahoma. He was born April 10th, 1937 in Dibble, Oklahoma to Dollie Lee Powell and Harris Layfette Higgins.

He is survived by his three adult children (from his first marriage to Barbara Ann Ewing, deceased), son Garry D Higgins and wife Michele of Chickasha, daughter Lorrie Peter and husband Nick of Marion, KS, son Randall L Higgins of Midwest City, OK, granddaughter Melissa Taylor and husband Desmond of Chickasha, OK, grandson Mark Higgins of Dallas, TX, granddaughter Amanda Huff and husband Jared Mckenzie of Oklahoma City, OK, sister Freda Henson and husband Leonard of Mustang, OK, great grandsons Kendyn and Kayden Taylor of Chickasha, OK, and his second wife Vonda Higgins of Amber, OK, stepson Richard Crow and stepdaughter Heather Crow.

A Celebration of Life and Higgins Family Reunion will be held September 10th at 12:00 at Sonrise Baptist Church, 1836 Hwy 81, Chickasha, OK. Please RSVP with an email to higgins.familyok@gmail.com
