James Thomas (J.T.) Webb was born Feb. 21, 1932, in Howe, Okla., to Doyle Price and Ina Mae Mull Webb. He passed from this life Saturday, March 9, 2013, at his home in Addington at the age of 81. Funeral service will be a at 10 a.m. at the Addington Baptist Church on Tuesday. Visitation was 1-5 p.m. Sunday, and will be 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. today, with family receiving visitors from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home. He worked at various jobs over the years including mowing yards with his brother Doyle, as butcher for Ridley's Meat Packing and Kinder grocery store, being a carpenter and a cowboy and also working for Halliburton. The job that he was most proud of was serving his country in the United States Army. He was an avid fisherman and loved to shell pecans. He was a lifelong member of the Addington Baptist Church. He is survived by his brothers, Doyle Webb Jr. and wife Cynthia, Archie Webb and wife Vesta, and Phil Webb and wife Erlean, sister, Hilda Mae Epple, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Alfred Leroy and sister Betty Aline McManus.
