James Robert Peck, 'Jimmy', 69, of Duncan, Oklahoma passed away March 5th, 2025 at his home. A private graveside will be held sometime in the future at Duncan Cemetery.

Jimmy was born September 8th, 1955 in Duncan at Lindley Hospital to James Otis and Janice Jean (Andrews) Peck. He was raised on Elder Street in Duncan, OK. Jimmy was a graduate of Duncan High School in the Class of 1973. He was a master chess player and loved playing the game. He worked in roofing and construction and was a good handyman. He married Rhonda Faye Sweetman in 1991 in Duncan, Ok and their child Daniel James Peck was born in January 1992. He loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren very much and enjoyed being their Poppy tremendously.

He was preceded in death by his parents James Otis and Janice Jean (Andrews) Peck and his older sister Jeanetta Ann (Peck) Betzen.

He is survived by his ex-wife Rhonda, his son Daniel James, and his daughters April and Heather; his grandchildren Caitlyn, Jacklyn, Benjamen, Kaleb, Michael, Zoey, Olivia, Skyler, Harlee, and Jeremiah; great grandchildren Leelynn and Lynnleigh; his sister Karen Louise; his nieces Brandy, Rebecca, and Elizabeth; and his great nephew and great niece Seth-Ray and Anna-Laura.
