Rush Springs: Jami Lou Smith, 46, passed away in her home on May 22, 2017.
Jami was born on July 31, 1970 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Sue Smith.
Jami was raised in Duncan. She became a mother at a young age and dedicated her life to being a mom and taking care of them and provided them with unconditional love and friendship.
To those that knew Jami, she was a wonderful friend. She was always taking people in as her family, she was loyal, funny and a very strong and independent person. Those that knew her loved her very much.
Jami leaves behind a daughter Casey Scott and her husband Joshua, granddaughter Sophia Scott of Texas. Fiancée Jason Spanhanks and her beloved dog Ladybug. Sisters Linda and Cinda Smith and Rita Baldree.
Jami is preceded in death by her son Dillon Parker, mom, Sue Smith and aunts Neva Mash, Shirley Nickle and Betty Spikes.
Services will be Saturday, May 27 at 1:30 p.m. at Freedom Biker Church in Duncan with Rev. Billy Morgan officiating.
