Jane Paulette Elizabeth Eberhart Jung-Justus, 60, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, June 3, 2016, at her home in Duncan surrounded by her husband, children and grandchildren after a short battle with cancer.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at Central Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jerry Couch officiating, interment will follow at Rock Creek Cemetery and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends 5:307:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Janie was born Sept. 9, 1955, in Duncan to Chester (Gump) and Pauline (Pamplin) Eberhart. She was a lifelong resident of the Central High area where she reared her children. Janie had her Bachelors in Home Economics and a Bachelors in Early Childhood. She was a Pre-K teacher at Will Rogers before retiring in 2015. She taught for 19 years. Janie was a member of Central Baptist Church, Central High, and was married to Harvey Jung Dec. 17, 1976, at Central Baptist Church. He proceeded her in death April 15, 2001. She later married Charley Justus Nov. 22, 2009. She was a loving wife, mother and grammy.

Janie is survived by her husband, Charley, of the home; daughters, Cierra (Jung) Simms and her husband, Jon, of Newcastle, Oklahoma, Klaleigh Jung and her fiancé, Brett Nungesser, of Duncan; sons, Adam Jung and his wife, Crystal, of Central High, Dakotah Jung and his wife, Kayla, of Duncan; and step-daughters, Kelli Justus, of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Lisa (Justus) Chambon and her husband, Michael, of Chickasha, Oklahoma; her brothers, Dan Eberhart, of Central High, Dale Eberhart and his wife, Balinda, of Central High, and Kenneth Eberhart and his wife, Debbie, of Central High; grandchildren, Gretchen, Rowdy and Cotton Jung, Braylan Simms, and Myles and Lydia Chambon, and several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Adam Jung, Dakotah Jung, Jon Simms, Brett Nungesser, Brandan Eberhart, and Heath Eberhart. Honorary pallbearers will be Marvin Herring and Lowell McMasters.

She enjoyed spending all of her time with her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers, Janie requested a donation be given to Falls Creek in her memory.
