Lyle D. Breeding, Jr.
Lyle Densil Breeding, Jr., 80, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019.

Lyle was born to the late Lyle and Lorraine Breeding on December 7, 1939, in Tulsa, OK. After graduating from Will Rogers High School in 1958, he attended Westminster College in Fulton, MO. Lyle owned his own trucking company, Continental DriveAway, for over 30 years until he retired and moved back to Tulsa, eventually settling in Oklahoma City last year.

Lyle was an active member of Westside Christian Church in Duncan, OK where he and JoAnn lived for 30 years prior to moving to Tulsa.

Lyle enjoyed playing golf, tennis, watching OU football, and the OKC Thunder basketball. Most of all, he loved being with his family. He was always cheering on his grandkids from the sidelines. Lyle will forever be remembered by his infectious smile, and his customary "Thankful" greeting.

Lyle is survived by the love of his life and best friend of 46 years, JoAnn Breeding, his four children: Bob and Jane Wallace of Wichita, KS, Rhonda and Gil Ratliff of Catoosa, OK, Billy and Lacey Wallace of Tulsa, OK, and Kristi and Kris Lepere of Edmond, OK. He is survived by seven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild. He is also survived by his brothers, John and Paul Breeding, and sister, Mary Breeding.

A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, January 3 at 2pm in the Brill Chapel at Epworth Villa.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Westside Christian Church Memorial Fund, 1801 W. Beech Ave. Duncan, OK 73533.

Duncan is where my life began with Lyle Breeding. Best thing that happened in my life, Lyle became my dad. He was such an amazing, loving, giving gracious man. He married my mom with 3 teenagers. He loved us like his own. I will miss him so much. ❤️
