Mildred Hudson Lane
Mildred Cole married R. T. Hudson in 1941 and raised 5 children in Duncan. She was a homemaker and a good friend to many. Some years after R. T. passed away, she married Arthur Lane and moved away in the 1990's. After he passed, she lived in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas and spent the rest of her many years enjoying her family and being a bright spot in everyone's day. In fact, she was called Sunshine in her latter years. She was preceded in death by her husbands, her daughter, Claudia Byall, son, Robert (Bob) Hudson 11, and great-grandson George White. She is survived by 3 daughters, Virginia Stewart, Colene Sanders, and Robbie Milford. She also had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her 96 years are a testimony of a life well lived. Today she dances on streets of gold.

The Hudson’s were our “across the street” neighbors for many years. We have so many good memories of Mildred.
Love to the family!

My grandmother and papa lived next door Mildred an RT for more than 2 decades or more. My Memaw and Papa were Mildred and Howard Edwards. They lived at 1106 park and we lived at 1108. They are all gone as well andd i own it now and still live here. They were grea neighbors and friends. When i was little i remember playing horseshoes. And we would all get in the celler when storms came. Ms Hudson always had a smile on her face. Sorry for your loss
