Patricia (Patti) Turley, 56, of Duncan, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at Wilkins Nursing Center.

Graveside funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2016, at the Duncan Cemetery with the Rev. Billy Morgan officiating, and arrangements are under the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Visitation for family and friends will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Patti was born May 4, 1960, to Orville Lee and Wanell (Lyle) Cox in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was a teachers aid for the Duncan school system and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She and Russell Turley were married Feb. 17, 1978, in Duncan. To this union were born two children, a son, Russell, and a daughter, Sarah.

Patti is survived by her husband, Russell, of the home; a son, Russell Logan Turley, of Duncan; and a daughter, Sarah Bohannan, of Duncan; a brother, Larry Cox, of Alabama; mother-in-law, Jimmie Turley, of Marlow; grandchildren, Hailey Bohannan and Glayson Rightmire; also by many family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Shawn Bohannan, Rodney Martin, Terry Russell, Richard Turley, Carl Cowan and Jackie Glenn.
