Duncan - Patsy Jane Headrick, who spent most of her life in Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, in Duncan, at the age of 87.

Patsy was born on Nov. 25, 1937, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Mark Allen Carey and Jaunita Mary (Kenny) Carey. She graduated from high school in Duncan in 1956. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hugh Headrick. Throughout her life, Patsy was dedicated to her family and her community. In addition to homemaking, her work included teaching youth tumbling and serving as a Draftsman at Halliburton. She also volunteered her time at the local hospital and at the First Baptist Church Library. More recently she enjoyed her time at the senior citizens center fitness classes.

Patsy is survived by: her three children, Ann Bartlett and her husband, Larry; Robert Hugh Headrick, Jr. and his wife, Carolyn; and Lynn Houston and her husband, Micky. She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Blake Bartlett, Leah Weatherl, Jearod Bartlett, Robert Hugh Headrick, III, Paul Headrick (wife Annie), Sarah Pound (husband Tyler), Jonathan Headrick (wife Morgan), Rachel Houston (husband Neal Cohrs) and Emily Houston (husband Zach Pumper). She also leaves behind seven great-grandchildren.

Viewing will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday and Friday, Nov. 26 and 28. Graveside services are planned for 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29 at the Duncan Municipal Cemetery with the Rev. Bryan Pain officiating.
