Comanche - Sandra Marie "Sandi" Phelps passed away Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025, at her home in Meridian. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31 at Prairie Hill Church of Christ, with interment to follow at Fairlawn Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Comanche Funeral Home.
