Duncan - With profound love and reverence, we announce the passing of Vickie Little Milam-Milligan, who completed her end-of-life transition on June 5, 2025. Vickie lived a life rich in love, resilience, laughter and energy. Her legacy is etched in the hearts of those who knew her, and her absence will be profoundly felt. We were deeply, endlessly loved by her - and we know that so many of you were too. A mother, sister, aunt (*Bippie), client, curator, preservationist, painter, mentor and cheerleader for the underrepresented self-proclaimed black sheep, Vickie hopped, skipped and jumped to the beat of a different drummer. She knew how to cultivate, inspire and electrify creativity in the hearts of others. To know her is to love her. Her social media says it all: "Fabulous. Practically perfect in every way. Happiest woman on the planet. Let love in."
A celebration of life to honor Vickie's memory will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Highridge Church, 1545 Fourth Street, Graham, Texas 76450, under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Morrison Funeral Home, located at 700 Oak Street, Graham, Texas 76450, opened the visiting room at the funeral home from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.
We invite all who knew and loved Vickie to join us in celebrating her life. Please bring your cherished memories and warm hearts as we honor her legacy together with gratitude for your love.
