Claud - Wanda Jean Jennings was born on Oct. 28, 1936 in Claud, Oklahoma to B.H. and Ruth (Pierce) Collier. She passed away on Saturday morning, June 7, 2025, at the age of 88.

A visitation will take place from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 12 at Whitt Funeral Home. Following the visitation, Wanda's wish was to be cremated. She will be inurned in Claud Cemetery at a later date.

Wanda graduated from Duncan High School. In 1953, She married Kermit Keith Jennings and together raised their children. Wanda did housekeeping for others and also operated an antique booth. She enjoyed working in the garden and flower beds and collecting antiques, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Jehovah Witness Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 71 years, Kermit; four children: Gregory, Jennifer, Jay and David Jennings; sisters: Melba Dowling, Karen Perry; and brother, James Collier.

Survivors include her son, John Jennings and wife Gayla of Davis, Oklahoma; six grandchildren: Michael Jennings, Jacie Jennings, Hannah Reid, Emily Stanfill, Heath Clayton, Brittni Clayton; eight great-grandchildren; and sisters: Francine Newman, Linda Sue Baker and Debra Bradford all of Duncan.
