William Allen (Bill) Taylor

William Allen (Bill) Taylor, age 68, passed away on October 4, 2019 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Celebration of life services will be 11 AM, Friday, at First Baptist Church in Duncan, Oklahoma with Pastor Abraham Walton officiating.
William was born in Duncan, Oklahoma on July 5, 1951 to Eleanor Jones and Joe W. Taylor. He attended and graduated from Duncan High School in 1969.
He leaves to cherish many precious memories, his loving and devoted daughter, Melanie Joyce Taylor, His grandchildren, who were his pride and joy, Jordan Alexander and Jerod Gregoire, Great Granddaughter, Camryn Joy Cohee, all of Ardmore, His cousins who were raised as siblings, Linda James (Leonard), Rockford, Ill, Tyree Jones (Laqueta), Tacoma, WA, Wynsue Olukakpe, Stuebenville, OH, Gwendolyn Hill, Duncan, Ok. And a special cousin, Kevin Hubbard (Middleton, OH), Gary and Carmen Moore, Ardmore, OK, and a forever son-in-law, Roderick Gregoire (Dallas, Tx.)
Other siblings include Melvin Taylor, Gale Taylor, Don Taylor, Eva Smith, Robert Taylor, Darlene Tyner, Erma Glass, Alma Johnson, Bryant and Todd Taulton.
Services are entrusted to Howard-Harris Funeral Services.

Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

Orders placed in:
January - May
Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
